In the case of inclement weather, we offer full refunds or the opportunity to rebook at a later date. Decisions not to ride due to weather must be approved by the trail guide, and are based on our current weather at the ranch. As we know, Florida weather can be tricky, so please call if you have a question about trail conditions. All trail rides must be pre-paid to secure your ride time/date. No Shows and last minute decisions not to ride are non-refundable. If you are late, we will attempt to hold the ride for a maximum of 15 minutes--beyond that point, your trail ride may be cancelled and non-refundable. It is not fair to make other guests wait, or to have horses and staff waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, especially during hot or cold weather. Please call the ranch if you have unforeseen circumstances causing a delay.
